Our Background

Baseball has always been a cherished American pastime in our household. I remember my brothers and me watching games on TV, then heading to the backyard to grab some shovels and make a baseball diamond, pretending to be Kirk Gibson hitting a home run like in the 1988 World Series. Some of our favorite memories are of our parents taking us to Dodger Stadium, where we would grab hot dogs, peanuts, and nachos, and watch the game while hearing the crowd go wild. The organ player playing "Take Me Out to the Ball Game" was a big highlight for us. My true passion for collecting baseball cards started when I purchased my first wax pack in 1987 for 50 cents from the local ice cream truck. After that, I was hooked, saving my money to buy packs every week in an effort to collect the complete set of 1987 Topps. Every time my brother and I open a pack of cards, it takes us back to when we were kids. Creating memories one card at a time.
